I work hard to get you the tools to feel better in your body.
After a head injury in 2017, I had severe pain and post concussive symptoms. After seeing all the best specialists, physical therapists and more, I finally found the PRI (postural restoration institute) approach, and I started to get better 😲
After my progress, I studied PRI as a treatment approach, and my patients who were "stuck" in their progress started getting better, too.
Of course I had to learn more, and now I teach using PRI concepts and principles to help you find relief, balance and ease in your body.
By not only addressing muscles, bones and joints, but also addressing the underlying patterns and drivers of WHY we hurt is what makes the difference between lasting change vs spot treating.

Sagittal (Front to Back) Control Class
This is the foundational plane to master. It sets up the position and balance of your pelvis and ribcage in a way that must be present for all other planes to function well.
You will learn:
How to achieve optimal diaphragm position and function
How to have your pelvis and ribcage work together to support you in a fluid way
What to sense in order to make these changes stick

Frontal (side to side) Balance Class
When one side is working harder than the other, it is exhausting, and over time, painful. Finding this side to side balance helps us move and breathe easily.
You will learn:
How normal human asymmetry biases us to use one side differently than the other
How to balance your two sides with this asymmetry in mind
How to go back and forth between sides without getting stuck in old patterns

Transverse (rotational) Freedom
The last of this class series, this is how we "put it all together." This class will apply all the concepts you've learned to functional activities like walking and daily tasks.
You will learn:
Why the freedom to rotate is a necessary part of any alternating movement, including walking.
How to restore freedom and flow
How to alternate and oscillate your system by maintaining the balance you've learned during the class series.
